A bit about Sean
Sean is well known for his innovative approach to experiential and transformational coaching and facilitation. His clarity and awareness delivers effective results with sustainable success, and his extensive Drama/Theatre-in-Education and NLP background gives him a unique edge. Passionate about his learning and development partnership with teams and individuals, Sean has been engaged with corporate learning and development work since 1999, in Asia and beyond.
With more than 25 years in the media industry, including 19 years in entrepreneurship, his experience ranges from frontline TV presenting and radio broadcasting to programming control, company management and business development. In combining his know how in psychometric assessments, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and coaching techniques, Sean takes pride in championing individuals and teams in personal and leadership advancement.
Sean is a very experienced coach. I have been to other courses, but this is the best so far. This course is well structured and delivered. Sean is very observant and he built good rapport with students. We all had fun during the games and role-playing.
