Nandita Shenoy is an actor, writer, role player, and performance coach based in New York City. She has helped corporate executives sharpen their communication skills within diverse teams using her storytelling and theater skills, for two decades. She has worked as a role player, a coach, and a facilitator around the world for global corporations such as Goldman Sachs, PwC, Rolls Royce, and Google. After being part of a team that provided worldwide training as part of a court settlement for gender discrimination, she is especially attuned to issues of gender and gender bias in the workplace. She has also educated the next generation of business professionals by delivering training at the Harvard Business School, Wharton, University of Chicago, University of Michigan, and Indiana University.
As an actor, Nandita loves to work on new plays of her own and others. Her plays have been produced in New York, LA, Chicago, and Shanghai as well as multiple college campuses across the US. She is also a member of the Asian American Performers Action Coalition which recently received an Obie Award in recognition for its work in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. She holds an English degree from Yale University.
