Prior to becoming a facilitator and coach, Maria held leadership roles in companies such as BBC Worldwide, Discovery Networks Europe/Asia and NBC Universal. For over 20 years, she led global teams in selling and negotiating multi-million dollar deals for TV channels with clients in EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Maria knows the challenge of increasing targets, intense competition, volatile markets and demanding clients.
Maria is able to encourage and inspire delegates, both in workshops and executive coaching, helping them boost their leadership agility, drive and self-belief to generate solutions and progress in their careers.
