A qualified business psychologist, and bi-lingual in English and German, Constanze has more than 10 years’ experience as a consultant, trainer and executive coach. Throughout her career at Korn Ferry, KPMG and EY, she has worked with hundreds of executives, helping them to unlock their potential and navigate their business life with greater intent, purpose and impact.
She has worked with leaders at all levels, ranging from individual contributors to C-suite executives, across North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. When helping clients, she leverages both her solid business mindset and deep understanding of human personality, combining these with the science of what makes leaders effective.
Constanze has worked, lived and studied in the UK, France, Germany, Chile and South Africa, gaining a broad, global perspective. She earned a MSc in Business Psychology from University College London (UCL) and was recognised amongst the top 5% of students.
Her additional qualifications include Bachelor in Philosophy and Economics (first-class honours) and Master in Business Administration (merit). She is a ‘transformational coach’, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is also accredited in several leadership diagnostics, including HOGAN, along with relevant qualifications in psychotherapy and NLP.
