Charlie Schroeder has worked in communication skills since 1997. He’s worked with CEOs, MDs, VPs, associates and interns on six continents and in a wide range of industries, from financial services to aviation and non-profits.
His training philosophy draws on his experience as an actor and journalist, ensuring his participants focus on both content and delivery. Charlie has acted on stage, in film and on TV,
including the hit HBO show, Sex and the City. His journalism has appeared in numerous publications including the New York Times, Los Angeles Times and countless National Public Radio programs.
Since 2014 he has devoted himself to leading training sessions in presentation skills, executive presence, leadership skills, business writing, influence and impact, emotional intelligence, storytelling and managing difficult conversations.
Charlie was raised in Lancaster, PA, and comes from a long line of financial advisors (dating back to the early 20th century). He’s lived in New York, Los Angeles and, most recently, Hong Kong.
In 2020, he and his wife, Wendy, returned to Lancaster where they spend their downtime tending a half-acre garden.
