Building on her background in management, sales and communication, Patricia specialises in training and personal development for all levels, working in-person or virtually, with global clients. Bilingual in French and English, one of Patricia's passions is providing coaching for individuals in their transitions and life changes, focusing on self-confidence, self-esteem, assertiveness, stress management, emotional management, taking a step back, co-operation in work relationships, assertiveness and conflict management.
